About the Role
IOTA Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Subsea Wells Superintendent on a rotational basis to join our operations in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will provide vital operational leadership and technical oversight for subsea activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance across all offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee personnel and equipment availability and mobilization offshore to rigs and support vessels while minimizing non-productive time (NPT) and HSE incidents.
- Monitor SPS contractors performance against KPIs for service delivery, offshore operations, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide supervisory oversight to offshore subsea supervisors and support Drilling and Rig Superintendents to ensure safe well delivery.
- Supervise up to 15 service contractor personnel and support the successful delivery of 8 to 10 deepwater wells annually.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HSE, logistics, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless operational execution.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Subsea production systems, including QA/QC, fabrication, testing, and deepwater project management.
- Demonstrated operational experience in the subsea wells discipline with strong contract management capabilities.
