About the Role

Oasis Corporate Systems Limited provides accelerated procurement, supply, and operational services to the marine, oil, gas, and construction sectors in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and safety-driven Subsea Well Superintendent to oversee critical deepwater well operations, ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, and manage contractor performance across multiple high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive personal and team compliance with HSE rules, company standards, and ethical requirements, maintaining zero tolerance for non-compliant tools and equipment.
  • Provide operational leadership and supervisory oversight to offshore subsea supervisors and up to 15 service contractor personnel per operation.
  • Support the delivery of 8 to 10 deepwater wells annually through effective planning, coordination, and technical support to the onshore base team and SPS contractors.
  • Act as the primary technical and operational focal point for all subsea activities, workover operations, and emergency response readiness.
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments, and post-operational debrief sessions to minimize Non-Productive Time and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage technical interfaces, procurement processes, cost tracking, and spares management in alignment with operational budgets and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Subsea Production Systems, including QA/QC, fabrication, testing, and deepwater project management.
  • Demonstrated operational experience in the subsea wells discipline within drilling and completions, complemented by strong contract management skills.
  • Valid IWCF certification and deepwater operational exposure on 6th generation drillships or OIMR/LWI vessels.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication abilities with a methodical, proactive mindset.
