Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Social Studies lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Encourage active student participation, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of societal structures and cultural values.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and moral growth.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members and school administration to support school-wide events and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the Christian values and mission of the school in all professional interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A, or B.Sc in Education, Social Studies, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school setting is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
