Noble Future Leaders Montessori School is a well-regarded, child-centered educational institution located in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years and Grade School Teachers to inspire our students and foster a lifelong love for learning in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, child-centered lessons that incorporate authentic Montessori principles and national curriculum standards.
- Maintain a well-organized, stimulating, and safe classroom environment conducive to optimal learning and social development.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents alike.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that encourage positive behavior, discipline, and mutual respect.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to plan school events, curriculum enhancements, and extracurricular activities.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in lesson planning, delivery, and effective classroom management within a structured school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Early Childhood certification or specialized Montessori training will be a distinct advantage.
