We are currently looking for a passionate Subject Teacher to join our dynamic secondary school team and deliver impactful, student-centered lessons.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective subject-specific lessons in alignment with the secondary school curriculum.
- Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous academic and personal growth.
- Design innovative instructional materials and utilize modern teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to organize extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or a relevant academic qualification in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, child development, and shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior teaching experience in a secondary school setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Must reside within Bucknor, Isheri, Ijegun, and surrounding areas for ease of commute.
