Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in assigned subject areas in alignment with both national academic curricula and Islamic educational standards.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and formative assessments to track student progress.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that reflects good Islamic character and moral conduct.
- Participate actively in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school management to uphold the holistic educational philosophy of the academy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, ensuring their academic, spiritual, and personal growth.
- Must be a practicing Muslim with exemplary Islamic character, moral conduct, and personal discipline.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications (NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent) in education or a specialized subject area.
- Proven work experience in teaching within a recognized primary or secondary school environment.
- Demonstrated passion for integrated Islamic and standard academic education.
