Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging daily lesson plans aligned with national, local, and school English language standards.
- Teach core English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonics, comprehension, and vocabulary development.
- Enrich classroom learning with interactive activities such as storytelling, debates, role play, guided reading, and creative writing exercises.
- Use a variety of instructional methods such as discussions, direct instruction, group work, and independent practice.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of pupils.
- Assess student performance through observations, written assignments, oral presentations, projects, and standardized assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Knowledge and experience with the British Curriculum.
- Proficiency in the use of interactive/smart boards and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
