Key Responsibilities- Develop and design comprehensive, industry-relevant curriculum content for Project Management courses.
- Ensure high academic standards and quality assurance across all learning materials and modules.
- Create engaging multimedia resources that foster active learner participation and practical skill acquisition.
- Leverage AI and modern educational technologies to enhance online content delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to translate complex project management concepts into digestible online modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise and deep domain knowledge in Project Management principles and practices.
- Prior teaching, lecturing, or instructional design experience is an added advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for quality assurance.
