Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review high-quality curriculum and course materials for International Relations programs.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance standards across all digital learning content and assessments.
- Implement effective learner engagement strategies suited for an open and distance e-learning environment.
- Leverage AI and modern educational technologies to enhance course delivery and interactive student experiences.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers and multimedia teams to produce top-tier educational resources.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or a relevant field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated teaching experience within a tertiary institution or professional training environment is an added advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills paired with deep subject matter expertise.
- Strong understanding of modern curriculum development frameworks and student engagement techniques.
