Key Responsibilities- Develop and review comprehensive curriculum content for Political Science undergraduate programs.
- Ensure high academic standards and rigorous quality assurance across all learning materials.
- Design engaging digital learning experiences that foster active participation and student comprehension.
- Leverage AI and modern educational technology tools to enhance course delivery and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to produce interactive educational resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science or a closely related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated teaching experience within a tertiary or professional education environment is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with deep subject matter expertise.
- Strong grasp of modern curriculum development frameworks and student engagement strategies.
