Key Responsibilities- Develop and review high-quality curriculum content for Economic Policy and Management courses tailored for e-learning platforms.
- Design engaging learning materials that promote active student participation and academic excellence.
- Apply rigorous quality assurance measures to all instructional resources and course assessments.
- Integrate modern educational technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance the delivery of distance learning.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to translate complex economic concepts into digestible digital formats.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a closely related field (Master's degree is strongly preferred).
- Prior teaching or lecturing experience within a tertiary institution is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in economic policy, national development, and management principles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
