Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive course curricula and learning materials in Criminology and Security Management.
- Ensure high standards of academic quality assurance for all digital learning content.
- Integrate modern AI tools and educational technology to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- Produce strong, well-researched written content tailored for online and distance learning formats.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to create immersive practical experiences for students.
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field (Master's degree strongly preferred).
- Prior teaching or curriculum development experience in higher education is a distinct added advantage.
- Deep subject matter expertise and exceptional academic writing skills.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, curriculum development, and modern learner engagement strategies.
