About the Role
Disemi Brand is a premier full-service beauty studio located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, renowned for our professional nail care, pedicures, manicures, lash extensions, semi-permanent brows, tattoos, body piercings, and expert beauty training. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Studio Supervisor to join our dynamic team at 21 Rumuola Road. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for clean work, precise finishing, and long-lasting results, ensuring every client enjoys a welcoming and premium experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the beauty studio to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Coordinate staff schedules, monitor service quality, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all beauty treatments.
- Manage front-of-house activities, including client greetings, appointment bookings, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management for beauty supplies, products, and equipment.
- Support management in training coordination and ensure all technicians adhere to company policies and brand values.
- Proven experience as a supervisor, team lead, or senior beauty professional within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Impeccable professional appearance, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty craft with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and uphold brand standards.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
