Key Responsibilities- Oversee the nightly audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strict adherence to internal controls across all departments.
- Ensure complete and accurate posting and reconciliation of the day's financial activity, verifying transaction and credit card payment integrity.
- Identify reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance overall audit accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Partner with overnight teams to handle complex guest issues and provide reliable leadership during emergency situations.
- Supervise, inspire, and develop team members by monitoring performance, providing targeted coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel night audit, front office operations, or financial accounting within the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in hotel property management systems and financial reconciliation software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising, coaching, and motivating diverse teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor during emergency or high-stress situations.
