We are currently looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our expanding team in Nigeria and contribute to innovative residential projects that transform communities.
Key Responsibilities- Design, analyze, and review structural components and systems for residential estate projects ensuring safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard engineering software.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections and assessments to monitor construction quality and compliance with structural designs and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges swiftly, offering practical solutions to site-related problems.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, national standards, and environmental sustainability guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience in structural design and construction supervision within the real estate or building industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis tools, blueprint reading, and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Active membership or registration with relevant professional bodies such as COREN is a distinct advantage.
