Trucrete Solutions Limited is a dynamic Construction Management firm with extensive expertise in infrastructural development, engineering services, procurement, facility management, and general contracting. With a proud portfolio of shaping Nigeria's landscape through groundbreaking buildings, bridges, flyovers, and roads, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding Design Team in delivering world-class infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and composite structures.
- Design robust foundations, retaining structures, slabs, beams, columns, and other critical load-bearing systems.
- Prepare comprehensive structural calculations, design reports, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Develop and maintain accurate structural models using industry-standard BIM and analysis software.
- Review structural drawings, calculations, and design deliverables to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architectural, civil, MEP, and project management teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Support value engineering, design optimization initiatives, and provide technical guidance to project execution teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's Degree is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven professional experience in structural design and analysis for major building and infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure.
- Thorough working knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, ACI, and AISC design codes.
- Mandatory COREN registration with active NSE membership or relevant professional certifications.
