Key Responsibilities- Translate overarching business strategy into actionable, measurable plans, KPIs, and clear deliverables.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to eliminate process waste across asset-intensive operations.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies to optimize workflow.
- Develop comprehensive performance dashboards and strengthen data-driven decision-making processes.
- Establish robust accountability frameworks and structured performance review cycles.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive operational playbooks.
- Coach managers and cross-functional teams on operational excellence and performance management best practices.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and deploy sustainable, long-term process improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management or interim executive role.
- Strong, demonstrable experience in EPC, construction, or asset-intensive operations.
- Proven track record in strategy execution, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, and SMART objectives.
- Proficiency in BI dashboard tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
