We are currently looking for an exceptional Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant to drive high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, talent, governance, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex consulting engagements from initial diagnosis through successful implementation.
- Work closely with executive teams and boards to identify strategic priorities and develop practical solutions.
- Drive organization design, business transformation, workforce strategy, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and build strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior consultants, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure top-tier quality assurance across all deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive professional experience combining consulting expertise with hands-on operational leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategy execution, transformation, and cross-functional change management.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
