About the Role
Obasanjo Farms Nigeria is a progressive food and agricultural enterprise dedicated to delivering quality products and farming solutions without compromise. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Stores Manager to join our dynamic operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining seamless supply chains by ensuring accurate scheduling, meticulous record-keeping, and efficient inventory control. Please note that this position may involve potential transfer or redeployment to other company locations based on management discretion, with accommodation provided accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- Keep track of logistical information to maintain on-schedule supply chains and ensure proper operational scheduling.
- Conduct daily computation and generation of comprehensive inventory reports.
- Check and verify inventory records regularly to maintain absolute accuracy.
- Inspect incoming items and agricultural products thoroughly for damages, defects, or breakage.
- Maintain strict integrity while managing confidential and precise stock records.
- Collaborate effectively with management and staff across all departments.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid, demonstrable knowledge and understanding of modern inventory management principles.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the poultry or agricultural industry is a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is advantageous.
- Possession of high integrity with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time-management abilities.
