About the Role
Robeck Locks Ltd has been a trusted provider of stylish, durable, and affordable architectural hardware since 2001. Specializing in the import and distribution of premium door locksets and accessories made from brass, stainless steel, and aluminum, we are dedicated to securing homes and businesses across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Storekeeper Assistant to join our growing inventory team and support daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock items accurately.
- Support the proper storage and arrangement of goods for easy identification and access.
- Assist in issuing stock based on approved requisition requests.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all daily stock movements and inventory updates.
- Participate in regular physical stock counts and reconciliation exercises.
- Maintain proper filing of stock records, delivery invoices, and waybills.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance within the store environment.
- Support the Head Storekeeper in preparing comprehensive daily and weekly inventory reports.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND in a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory role, though eager learners are welcome.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine stock movement and lifting.
- Basic computer literacy, with familiarity in Microsoft Excel considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and good record-keeping abilities.
