About the Role

We understand that food safety and hygiene are paramount to the well-being of our guests, which extends from our kitchen to our storage facilities. We are currently looking for a diligent and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Nigeria, ensuring our inventory is accurately managed and our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Follow all established standards for issuing and receiving stock within the designated store areas.
- Monitor and conduct regular inventory counts to compile accurate orders based on par levels and operational needs.
- Receive all incoming items, verifying that goods match purchase orders and delivery notes in both quality and quantity.
- Maintain clear, organized records, ensuring all reports, delivery notes, and invoices are filed properly and posted immediately.
- Monitor periodic automatic reorder levels for food and non-food items to prevent stockouts.
- Inspect and maintain the day-to-day upkeep and hygiene of storage facilities in strict compliance with health regulations.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items from suppliers.
- Ensure store requisition forms are duly signed by authorized personnel and accurately logged into the inventory management system.
- Follow up on documentation for after-hours stock issues in accordance with internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement department to streamline ordering and receiving processes.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in a storekeeping or inventory role, preferably within a fast-food restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and market requisition processes.
- Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must reside in close proximity to the job location.
