About the Role
Harobed & Associates, Ltd (H&A) is a leading management consulting firm headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with over two decades of expertise in optimizing operations across the public and private sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Storekeeper to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless flow of materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and safeguarding company inventory in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, record, and store all incoming raw materials, finished goods, and consumables accurately.
- Issue materials and stock to the production floor as required while maintaining precise documentation of all stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings against digital inventory records.
- Monitor stock thresholds and promptly alert the Production Supervisor when materials approach reorder levels.
- Maintain an exceptionally organized, clean, and safe warehouse and storage area at all times.
- Assist the Production Supervisor with comprehensive inventory reporting and stock reconciliation tasks.
- Flag any stock discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately for prompt investigation and resolution.
- Proven prior experience working as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Operations Officer.
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment.
- Strong record-keeping, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, with a demonstrated proficiency in using MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Good numeracy skills combined with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and uphold high standards of honesty and integrity.
