About the Role
Chilis by Ebevande, a premier 24-hour service restaurant and lounge located in Ibadan, Oyo State, is seeking a diligent and experienced Storekeeper to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless flow of our kitchen and bar operations by ensuring our inventory is meticulously managed, accurately recorded, and safely stored around the clock.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt, secure storage, and timely issuance of ingredients, supplies, and equipment for our 24-hour restaurant operations.
- Maintain precise stock control by tracking daily usage, optimizing inventory levels, and preventing waste or shrinkage.
- Receive and thoroughly inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accurate quantity and premium quality.
- Organize storage areas efficiently, ensuring proper labeling of sections and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate digital or physical records of all stock movements, supplies, and returns.
- Monitor threshold stock levels proactively and prepare purchase requisitions for management and procurement.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and management teams across morning, afternoon, and night shift schedules.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years of storekeeping or inventory management experience, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proximity to Bodija, Ibadan, and the ability to commute easily for shift-based work is strongly preferred.
- Available to resume work immediately with a strong commitment to punctuality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and basic proficiency in record keeping.
