About the Role
Drinks.ng is seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Supervisor to drive shift-level execution and operational excellence across our retail locations in Nigeria. In this role, you will ensure seamless daily operations, maintain high merchandising standards, and empower our retail team to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Lead shift huddles and effectively allocate daily tasks to store staff, covering sales floor management, replenishment, and queue control.
- Maintain store readiness by enforcing strict cleanliness, safety protocols, and attractive merchandising standards.
- Supervise customer service delivery in real time, addressing service gaps immediately and resolving first-level customer escalations.
- Ensure continuous shelf replenishment and enforce accurate inventory handling routines to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Complete comprehensive shift handovers, documenting open issues, customer matters, and stock exceptions accurately.
- Enforce company policies regarding promotional signage, pricing compliance, and asset security during your shift.
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate; additional education in retail, business management, or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in retail or customer-facing operations, including previous leadership or senior staff roles.
- Strong understanding of basic store routines, inventory management, and POS tool utilization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
