Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial assets in alignment with NIESV and ESVARBON standards.
- Prepare clear, data-driven valuation reports, feasibility studies, and thorough market analysis documents.
- Carry out physical property inspections, rigorous due diligence, and reliable data collection for accurate asset assessments.
- Advise corporate and individual clients on lucrative investment opportunities, sales strategies, and portfolio optimisation.
- Support end-to-end property management activities, including proactive tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
- Monitor Lekki, Lagos Island, and broader Nigerian real estate trends to identify emerging market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in property valuation and real estate advisory.
- Mandatory professional registration or progress toward certification with ESVARBON and NIESV.
- Deep understanding of Lagos property dynamics, land tenure systems, and the Lekki property axis.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and exceptional report-writing capabilities.
