About the Role
COISCO Integrated Resources and Petroleum Limited is a leading indigenous downstream oil and gas company established in 2006. Driven by passion, grit, and leadership, we are currently seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Officer to effectively manage our haulage department's store, materials, tools, equipment, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of store items and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and stock balances.
- Safeguard company assets, tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate requests for replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Track the allocation and return of tools, equipment, and other company assets.
- Report shortages, damages, losses, or irregularities promptly.
- Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of the store.
- Support periodic inventory and asset audits while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or logistics.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures with strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas, haulage, or engineering industry is a distinct advantage.
