About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited, a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing company established in 1976, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Store Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of inventory management, ensuring seamless coordination between our raw materials storage and finished product distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, thoroughly inspect, and accurately record all incoming raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor current inventory levels systematically and initiate timely replenishment requests to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure optimal and compliant storage conditions for all raw materials and finished goods in accordance with industry standards.
- Coordinate the efficient dispatch and distribution of finished products to support our expansive supply chain network.
- Possession of a B.Sc or HND in Purchasing and Supply, or any related Social Science discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in a storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management role.
- Prior working experience in FMCG or regulated pharmaceutical industries will be a strong added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control principles and modern warehouse management systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude, exceptional record-keeping skills, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Proximity to Mushin, Isolo, Ajao Estate, Ojuelegba, or the Surulere axis in Lagos is preferred.
