About the Role
Tyonex Nigeria Limited, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company established in 1997, is seeking a qualified and experienced Store Officer to join our dynamic operations in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless flow of materials by ensuring accurate inventory records, proper product handling, and efficient stock distribution across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods and materials in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain precise inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Issue stock and materials promptly to authorized personnel based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular periodic stock counts and thorough inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure the proper storage, handling, and safety of sensitive pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
- Monitor stock movement closely and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
- Maintain a clean, highly organized, and safe warehouse environment that meets regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive stock and inventory reports as required by management.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar logistics role.
- Prior working experience within a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and meticulous record-keeping skills.
