About the Role

In this executive capacity, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives and maintaining our position as the gold standard of financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Establish rigorous standards for management information and performance analytics by implementing robust governance over MIS definitions, data sources, and reporting methodologies.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to continuously improve source-data availability, accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Develop and oversee executive dashboards, management reports, and forward-looking analytics to identify emerging risks and business trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end automation of recurring management information processes, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Provide validated outputs for Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), and executive stakeholder reporting within strict timelines.
- Lead analytical capability development, talent management, and mentorship initiatives within the performance analytics team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master’s Degree and/or professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in MIS, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Management Reporting, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within banking or financial services.
