About the Role

Aureole Consulting Limited is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and organized Store Manager to join our vibrant team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this dual-capacity role, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service while also providing high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless, efficient, and profitable retail environment.
  • Supervise retail staff, monitoring attendance, performance, productivity, and training needs.
  • Drive sales initiatives to actively monitor and achieve assigned store revenue targets.
  • Manage inventory levels meticulously, conducting stock audits and ensuring proper stock control.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and attractively merchandised at all times.
  • Provide reliable administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing schedules and appointments.
  • Handle confidential business and personal information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in store management, retail operations, or administrative support.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and driving retail sales performance.
  • Must currently reside in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, or within very close proximity to the location.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for daily tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
