Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business workflows
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and support team to achieve peak performance
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and oversee stock control
- Drive sales strategies to ensure branch revenue and performance targets are consistently met
- Maintain high store merchandising standards and guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably within the fitness or retail sector
- Candidates must be based within or around Yaba and its environs for seamless commute
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in inventory management
