Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place timely orders, and minimize waste to optimize store profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all dining and kitchen areas.
- Track daily and monthly sales performance to drive targets and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
