We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our luxury spa team located in the vibrant Peter Odili area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing top-tier wellness and relaxation treatments, ensuring every guest enjoys a rejuvenating and memorable escape.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional massage therapies, body treatments, and holistic wellness services tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, serene, and fully sanitized treatment room in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assess clients' physical conditions, medical histories, and specific needs to recommend the most suitable treatments.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, promoting spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies, oils, lotions, and linens while proactively reporting any equipment maintenance needs.
- Uphold strict standards of client confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
- Proven professional training and certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related wellness discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working in a reputable spa, hotel, or wellness center.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of various massage modalities, anatomy, and health safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate spa operational needs.
