About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, serving over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a results-driven Store Executive to join our team in Toro, Bauchi State, to oversee inventory management, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory by receiving stock, tracking warehouse items, and issuing stock according to FIFO standards.
- Maintain updated online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs, perform daily cycle counts, and conduct monthly stock takes.
- Handle faulty stock and spare parts inventory, preparing daily on-hand stock reports for stakeholders.
- Perform basic repairs on in-warranty returns, manage repair tools, and oversee the repair workbench safely.
- Maintain a tidy shop floor arranged by SKU and welcome walk-in customers to assist with queries.
- Coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve customer issues and verify warranty eligibility.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory, store management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- High level of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of Sun King products and familiarity with the Toro territory will be added advantages.
