About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, serving over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Store Executive to join our team in Ohaji-Egbema, Imo State. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the efficient day-to-day operations of our retail and service hub, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and reliable access to transformative solar energy products.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage inventory from the warehouse, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO standards and updating stock cards accordingly.
- Perform daily cycle counts, maintain online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs, and conduct comprehensive monthly stock takes.
- Handle repairs and spare parts management, conducting basic technical checks on faulty units and managing warranty verifications.
- Ensure the store and repair workbench are well-maintained, tidy, organized by SKU, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Welcome walk-in customers, provide product assistance, and collaborate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve customer queries.
- Prepare accurate daily on-hand stock reports and replacement logs for key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related operational role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Imo State will be considered significant advantages.
