About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, powering millions of homes across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our EasyBuy Direct Sales team in Sokoto, Nigeria. In this on-site role, you will be the vital link between our inventory, technical repairs, and customer satisfaction, ensuring our store operates seamlessly to support our mission of providing clean, reliable energy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory, receiving stock from warehouses and issuing items following strict FIFO standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts, maintain stock cards, and update online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs.
- Conduct monthly stock takes, manage spare parts re-orders, and handle faulty stock consolidation for disposal.
- Prepare accurate daily stock and issuance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Take custody of repair tools, perform basic checks on faulty units, and conduct minor repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Maintain a tidy, safety-compliant store environment and well-arranged shop floor by SKU.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with the call center to resolve queries.
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related operational role.
- Strong computer literacy, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and MS Excel.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge of Sokoto will be considered strong advantages.
