We are currently recruiting a professional Cleaner to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all areas of our client's luxury restaurant. This essential role ensures a refined, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, aligning seamlessly with top-tier luxury hospitality standards and strict food safety regulations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all restaurant areas including dining spaces, kitchens, restrooms, entrances, and staff facilities to maintain spotless conditions.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations while safely utilizing cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ensure dining areas are refreshed promptly before opening, during service breaks, and after closing with minimal disruption to guests.
- Manage waste collection, separation, and disposal according to established restaurant procedures to keep facilities odor-free.
- Handle basic laundry duties including cleaning staff uniforms, table linens, and napkins as required.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate or equivalent, with additional training in sanitation being an advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven professional cleaning experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper cleaning practices, chemical safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, time management skills, and a reliable work ethic.
