About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Support Officer – Spare Parts to join our growing operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of repair consumables such as batteries, screens, cables, and accessories, ensuring our technicians have the right parts at the right time while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify all incoming spare parts consignments against delivery notes and log them accurately into the Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Store electronic components in designated, labelled bins under optimal conditions to protect against moisture, dust, and temperature extremes.
- Issue spare parts strictly against approved Job Cards validated by the Repair Centre Manager and update stock levels immediately.
- Conduct weekly physical stock reconciliations against IMS records and flag slow-moving or obsolete items to management.
- Generate comprehensive weekly consumption and stock-position reports, tracking part-failure data to support procurement and OEM quality feedback.
- Maintain strict compliance, proper zoning, and cleanliness in the storage area while enforcing segregation of duties.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inventory operations and handling large volumes of items.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and modern Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
