About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing reliable power to over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Store Executive (Reliever) to join our team in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy, executing basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our rapidly expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory by receiving stock, updating stock cards, and issuing items according to FIFO standards.
- Maintain accurate online logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued, conducting daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
- Receive faulty stock from the field, perform basic technical checks, consolidate items for disposal, and conduct basic repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Take custody of repair tools, maintain a tidy work bench, and strictly observe safety procedures.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and assist Energy Officers and the Call Center in resolving customer queries.
- Prepare and submit daily on-hand stock and replacement reports to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy, with proven proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Ijebu Ode are distinct advantages.
