About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our team in Mangu, Plateau, Nigeria, to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and basic product maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage inventory from warehouses, ensuring all stock movements adhere to FIFO standards.
- Maintain updated Goods Received and Goods Issued logs online while performing daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
- Handle spare parts inventory, re-orders, and consolidate faulty stock from the field for proper disposal.
- Conduct basic technical checks and repairs on in-warranty returns, and maintain custody of repair tools.
- Ensure the store center is well-maintained, tidy, and arranged by SKU with strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Welcome walk-in customers, provide assistance, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve queries.
- Prepare accurate daily on-hand stock and replacement reports for stakeholders.
- Bachelors Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Plateau State are distinct advantages.
