About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing clean and reliable power to over 82 million people across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Executive to join our team in Eleme, Rivers, Nigeria. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local operations, ensuring our store and inventory run smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our customers and field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage inventory from the warehouse using FIFO standards and maintain online Goods Received and Issued logs.
- Conduct daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and manage all spare parts inventory and re-orders.
- Perform basic technical checks and repairs on in-warranty returns, and safely consolidate faulty stock for disposal.
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and tidy store environment adhering to SKU floor arrangement standards.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify product warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve queries.
- Prepare accurate daily on-hand stock and replacement reports for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Rivers State will be a distinct advantage.
