About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, providing reliable power to over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Store Executive to join our expanding team in Ohafia, Abia State. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing inventory accuracy, handling basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our mission of powering off-grid communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end inventory, including stock receipt, FIFO dispatch, daily cycle counts, and monthly stock takes.
- Maintain accurate online logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued while updating stock cards regularly.
- Receive faulty field stock, conduct basic technical evaluations, verify warranty eligibility, and perform authorized repairs.
- Prepare accurate daily stock availability and replacement reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant shop floor and repair workstation.
- Welcome walk-in customers, assist Energy Officers, and collaborate with the call center to resolve customer queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a technical storekeeping role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high levels of integrity.
- Familiarity with solar energy products and deep local knowledge of the Ohafia territory will be significant advantages.
