About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, powering the lives of over 82 million people across 40 countries. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Executive to join our expanding team in Ogun, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless store operations, managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock dispatch, and delivering exceptional service to our walk-in customers and field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage inventory from the warehouse following strict FIFO standards and daily cycle counts.
- Maintain updated digital logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued while preparing accurate daily stock reports.
- Receive faulty components, conduct basic technical troubleshooting, verify warranty eligibility, and perform minor repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Manage spare parts inventory, re-order thresholds, and maintain custody of all repair tools and kits.
- Ensure the store environment, shop floor SKU arrangement, and repair workbench remain clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
- Welcome walk-in customers, resolve queries, and coordinate with energy officers and the call center to support sales and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Demonstrated integrity, proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Effective communication skills and a strong customer-centric focus.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Ogun will be considered significant advantages.
