About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy provider, powering the lives of over 82 million customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Store Executive to join our team in Kafanchan, Kaduna State. In this role, you will be responsible for driving overall store performance by managing inventory, overseeing basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and field agents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory by receiving stock from the warehouse, tracking items, and issuing stock strictly adhering to FIFO standards.
- Maintain accurate online logs for Goods Received and Goods Issued, update stock cards, and conduct daily cycle counts as well as monthly stock takes.
- Handle repairs and spare parts management, perform basic technical checks on faulty units, and oversee warranty verifications.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on stock levels, replacements, and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure the retail center is clean, well-organized by SKU, and strictly adheres to workplace safety procedures.
- Assist walk-in customers, coordinate with the call center, and support Energy Officers in resolving client inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related operational role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high levels of integrity.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and deep territory knowledge of Kafanchan will be strong added advantages.
