HelloMe Travels Limited is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Travel and Tour Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional end-to-end travel solutions, managing everything from flight bookings and holiday packages to hotel reservations and school admission services. Key Responsibilities- Book, issue, and manage domestic and international flight tickets using the Amadeus GDS platform, handling reissues, cancellations, and complex multi-city itineraries.
- Provide expert travel consultancy, understanding client preferences to recommend tailored flight, accommodation, and holiday packages.
- Design custom tour itineraries and holiday packages for individuals, families, and corporate groups in partnership with global vendors.
- Support HelloMe Consult's education services by assisting clients with school admission applications and local or international institution documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, passenger details, and financial transactions while delivering prompt after-sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in travel agency operations, flight ticketing, and tour packaging.
- Mandatory, proven proficiency in using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Working knowledge of school admission processing, education consultancy, or visa documentation is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
