About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading solar energy provider for off-grid homes, impacting over 82 million lives across 40 countries. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Store Executive to join our growing team in Egbeda, Oyo State, to ensure seamless store operations, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory by receiving stock, updating stock cards, and maintaining Goods Received and Goods Issued logs online.
- Dispatch stock according to requirements and ensure all items are handled following FIFO standards.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes, while managing spare parts inventory and re-orders.
- Perform basic technical checks and minor repairs on in-warranty returns, and manage repair tools and tool kits safely.
- Maintain a tidy shop floor, ensure SKU-based arrangement, and adhere to safety procedures at the repair workbench.
- Welcome walk-in customers, resolve queries, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center.
- Prepare accurate daily on-hand stock and replacement reports for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- High level of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive attitude as a team player.
- Knowledge of Sun King products and familiarity with the Egbeda territory are distinct advantages.
