Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across the resort.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair requests reported by guests or internal departments.
- Inspect HVAC units regularly to identify potential faults, electrical issues, or refrigerant leaks before they cause system failures.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment servicing schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader facilities and maintenance team to ensure the resort environment remains safe, comfortable, and fully operational.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards while handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Applicants must reside in Enugu or its immediate environs.
- Must be dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional, customer-focused service.
- Prior hands-on experience in the hospitality industry or a similar commercial environment will be an added advantage.
- Proven technical knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and general electrical repairs.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle physical tasks in various weather conditions.
