About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy company, transforming millions of lives across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our EasyBuy Direct Sales team in Bauchi, Nigeria. In this onsite role, you will play a vital part in managing store inventory, conducting basic product repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our mission of powering off-grid homes.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage store inventory in accordance with FIFO standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain updated Goods Received and Goods Issued logs online while performing daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
- Prepare accurate daily stock reports and manage spare parts inventory and re-orders.
- Receive faulty stock from the field, conduct basic technical checks, verify warranty eligibility, and perform basic repairs on in-warranty returns.
- Ensure the store environment and repair workbench remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Welcome walk-in customers, assist Energy Officers, and coordinate with the call center to resolve customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high levels of integrity.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work flexibly as an active team player.
- Familiarity with Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Bauchi will be an added advantage.
