About the Role
Kedi Healthcare Industries (Nigeria) Limited, a leading multinational healthcare and wellness company, is looking for a dedicated and organized Stock Keeper to join our dynamic team in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and Makurdi, Benue State. In this role, you will oversee the seamless flow of inventory from receiving and quality inspection to safe storage and efficient distribution, playing a vital part in maintaining our high operational standards and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock shipments accurately against purchase orders.
- Ensure safe, organized, and optimal storage of all NAFDAC-approved health and wellness products.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using company software and MS Excel.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to facilitate timely product supply and branch operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety, health, and inventory control guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of proven work experience in stock management, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Yoruba (for the Abeokuta branch) or Tiv (for the Makurdi branch) is a strong added advantage.
- Residency in Abeokuta or Makurdi, or a readiness to relocate to the preferred location.
