In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation across our guest rooms and public facilities. Key Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms and public spaces, including reception areas, lounges, dining spaces, and kitchens, to the highest standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties such as making beds, replacing linens and towels, restocking guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify cleanliness issues, maintenance defects, faulty plumbing, electrical faults, or damaged furniture.
- Report and follow up on all maintenance repairs promptly to ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and toiletries, maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven professional experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills to report maintenance issues and interact professionally with team members and guests.
- Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, lifting, and performing active cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
